Koós Károly Construction Technical School — the construction mindset begins in Miskolc.
2003 – 2009
BME Faculty of Civil Engineering — structural engineering and construction management, Budapest.
2009
Return to the family business — took over management 15 years ago and have been building KV Group ever since.

General contracting — in Hungary and Germany, with a 250-person workforce.

Real estate development — residential construction using shell panel technology.
2010
Precast concrete production launches — industrial-grade design and manufacturing at KV Ltd.
2011
Hotel Atlantis ★★★★ — Hajdúszoboszló's four-star family wellness hotel opens.
2013
Hotel Aurora ★★★★ — Miskolctapolca's new four-star business wellness hotel.
2010 – 2024
600+ residential apartments — over a decade of residential development and construction.
