Homes, rebuilt.Made in the factory. The structure stands in two days.

VB room modules, digital design, real projects — where we stand today

2023
“I will never build a home for anyone again.”
I kept that promise until a year and a half ago.
Why now

Hungary isn’t afraid of building. It’s afraid of disappointment.

01
Time
They were promised a year — and moved in after two. If they moved in at all.
02
Price
They paid one and a half times the budget — and it still wasn’t finished.
03
Quality
What was new was worn out within a year. Cracks, mold, endless chasing.
This is what we’re fixing.
The idea

A family home —
from concrete room modules.

Reinforced-concrete elements cast in one piece: side walls and slab — on the ground floor with the floor too, as a closed box. Made in the factory, assembled on site by crane.

box: floor + 2 side walls + slabU-element: 2 side walls + slab
The system started from NORDii. Today we make it in Berente, in our own plant, with our own steel molds — this is the VB room module.

The magic

The magic is no trick.

Engineering innovation · building culture · business model — together.

01
Engineering innovation
In-house steel molds, BIM construction drawings, 0–3 mm tolerance. The breakthroughs are in place already in the factory.
02
Building culture
15+ years of precast concrete, our own specialists, repeatable quality.

Business model
The whole value chain in one hand: manufacturing, construction, energy.
